Our Systemic Therapists currently accept most types of Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Aetna.  We also  Lyra, and Self-Pay.  Be advised that not all providers accept each insurance. Income-Based Sliding Fee Scale services are also available. Please be advised that our Couples Therapy is rarely deemed medically necessary and therefore typically is not covered by insurance. Please be advised self-pay clients have the right to a Good Faith Estimate, which we can provide within 48 hours of assessment.

*Bridges Family Life Center believes a person’s care should be private, confidential, and dictated by the needs of the client.  It has been our experience that this is very difficult to achieve using insurance. However, we also understand that some of our clients are seeking mental health care specifically, have high costs to maintain health insurance, and desire to use it.  Therefore during our initial assessment, we will discuss the best plan of action for your personal situation.
